We use a sterile medical scalpel to make very fine surface incisions — the approved method for safe and efficient blood extraction. We also have a medical lancet pen for cupping.
The incision is very mild and well-tolerated — the sensation varies from person to person, but most clients describe it as comfortable and pain-free. Our specialists focus on your comfort throughout the session.
The amount varies based on factors like body weight, hydration, cupping location, and number of cups. It's a small, calculated amount that won't affect your health — the specialist determines the right quantity for you.
On the contrary — cupping stimulates bone marrow to produce new red blood cells and activates blood circulation. The extracted amount is small and calculated, and will not cause anemia.
Cupping draws surface blood loaded with impurities from specific points, while blood donation draws venous blood in a larger quantity for a different purpose. Both are beneficial but serve different goals and one does not replace the other.
Side effects are usually mild and temporary — slight redness, cup marks, or mild fatigue — and they fade within a few days. We provide you with post-session instructions for maximum comfort.
The number depends on the session type and condition. Your specialist evaluates and determines the appropriate number based on the area of pain and your needs.

Pre & Post-Session Instructions

Before: stop eating 2–3 hours prior and drink plenty of water. After: showering is allowed after 12–24 hours; rest and stay hydrated. We'll give you all the details when you arrive.
If cupping is in a hair-covered area (like the head or upper back), shaving that spot is preferred for best results. We can also shave the cup areas for you at the center.
Showering is allowed 12–24 hours after removing the dressing. Use lukewarm water and avoid direct cold water.
It's best to postpone swimming for 24–48 hours after the session to allow surface incisions to heal and to avoid exposure to cold water.
Marks begin to fade from Day 3 and usually disappear within 2–3 weeks depending on skin type. This is completely normal.
It's best to avoid strenuous physical activity or intense exercise for 24 hours after the session to give your body time to recover.
We recommend light, easily digestible meals like vegetables, fruits, and warm fluids. Avoid heavy meals and rich dairy products for 24 hours for best results.
It's best to avoid smoking for 4–6 hours before and after the session, as smoking affects oxygen flow and the healing of surface incisions.
It's best to rest and avoid exhaustion during the first 24 hours. Short travel is generally fine. Consult your specialist if the trip is long or tiring.
You may feel mild dizziness or slight fatigue after the session, so it's best to rest briefly before driving to make sure you feel comfortable.
